The RASK Leadership Academy is a unique and incredible opportunity designed exclusively for REALTOR® members of the REALTOR® Association of Southern Kentucky. Completing this program enhances your leadership skills, expands your knowledge, and builds the confidence to serve as a future leader within RASK and the real estate industry.

Learn more about the REALTOR® Association and its levels of governance, discover what it takes to become an effective leader, lead productive meetings, strengthen your public speaking skills, and enhance your executive presence, all while building meaningful relationships with a group of your peers. The knowledge and experience gained through the Academy will have a lasting impact on both your career and your Association involvement.

Commitment to Program

Attendance *

All individuals selected to participate in the RASK Leadership Academy must attend all sessions outlined in the scheduled obligations. Absence from any session or failure to meet an obligation without an approved excused absence shall result in the individual's removal from the Leadership Academy.

To request an excused absence, the participant must submit a written request to the Association's CEO. Such requests must include the circumstances requiring the participant's absence. The following will be considered for the possible granting of excused absence.

• Serious illness or other documented medical emergency

• Death of an immediate family member

Absences due to business matters shall NOT be excused.
