Cindy graduated from Western Kentucky University in 1996. She received her real estate license in 2007, then went on to obtain her broker license in 2018, adding a Tennessee broker license in 2020 and her Alabama broker license in 2022. She has served on the Board of Directors for the state level of Kentucky Realtors® where she was the Region 2 Director. In 2016, Cindy was President of the REALTOR® Association of Southern Kentucky (RASK) and President of the MLS board in 2023. She is a current board member for both organizations. She was recognized as the REALTOR® of the Year through RASK in 2020 and given the Ward Elliott Distinguished Service award in 2023.

Having lived in the Bowling Green area since 1982, Cindy worked and raised her family in what she calls a “great community.” She and her husband, Eddie, have been married since 2003 and have six children and eight grandchildren. Cindy enjoys the diversity this community offers and will treat everyone with respect. Cindy will help in any way possible to help clients obtain the “American Dream” and she enjoys the freedom of her profession that allows her to meet people from all over the United States. Her own business philosophy becomes a bit personal as she strives to treat everyone like they are her family, whom she adores.
