CE/PLE: KREC License Compliance

Description

This course provides an overview of noncompliance issues that cause cancellation of a license by the Kentucky Real Estate Commission. Also focuses on “per se” license law violations for which disciplinary action has been frequently taken by the KREC. This course will conclude with a discussion of the ten (10) most frequently-asked questions the KREC Legal Department receives from licensees.
